This lovely rich walnut ink is produced from locally harvested walnut husks combined with natural Gum Arabic. Walnut ink has been cherished for centuries by artists, calligraphers, and scribes due to its rich tannin content, which enhances its durability and longevity in artwork and documents. Notable figures like Leonardo Da Vinci favored walnut ink for its warm earthy tones and exceptional ability to capture fine details.

Versatility and Application
The ink can be deepened in color with the addition of iron and is also suitable for wood staining (note: it will stain both wood and skin!).
